Patrick J. Dowdle - Managing Partner

Patrick started working for Whalen, Davey & Looney, CPA LLP in January of 1982. He is a New York Certified Public Accountant with 35 years of experience in public accounting including supervising and performing audits, reviews, and compilations, performing tax research advice and tax return preparation, reviewing staff work, and performing management advisory services. Patrick is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants, the Massena Lions Club (of which he was past Treasurer), and the St. Patrick's Church Finance Committee, Patrick also was past President of the Board of Education for St. Lawrence Central Schools, a present board member of the Massena Memorial Hospital Foundation, and past Treasurer of the Adirondack Chapter of New York State Society of CPA's. Currently he is the Treasurer of the Massena Rod and Gun Club.

He is a New York Certified Public Accountant with 28 years of experience in public accounting including supervising and performing audits, reviews, and compilations, performing tax research advice and tax return preparation, reviewing staff work, and performing management advisory services. Christopher is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants. Christopher is currently a board member for the Massena Chamber of Commerce and also a board member for the Business Development Corporation.

Matthew is a Certified Public Accountant practicing in New York State with 12 years of experience in public accounting including supervising and performing audits, reviews, and compilations, supervising payroll preparation and quarterly filings, performing tax research advice and tax return preparation. He likes to focus on helping small business owners manage their business and welcomes all questions pertaining to financial reporting, tax preparation and management of operations. Matthew focuses on maximizing client profits while minimizing taxes in accordance with current tax laws. Matthew graduated from Canton College as a member of Phi Theta Kappa and earned a bachelors degree from Clarkson University. Matthew is a life long northern New York native. He is currently on the board of directors of North Country Transitional Living Services.
