Philip Mitchell has been selected to recieve the Melvin Jones Fellowship award from the Ogdensburg Lions Club. The award, the organization's highest, will be given at the Lions 57th Charter ceremony held Thursday, November 15th. Mr. Mitchell is also a past recipient of the Robert J. Uplinger Award which is a state Lions service award. "I'm honored to receive this award," he said Thursday. "The Lions club does a lot for the community." January 1st, 2010
